Satisfaction, Price Match, and Return Policies
1. If you are unsatisfied with products upon receipt, please contact us right away by phone or email. Most items can be returned. All special and custom orders are non-refundable and non-returnable.
2. Returns Can Not occur on special orders and items used by mouth for hygienic reasons. If there is a defect, these items are still warranted.
3. For returns where no defect exists:
-Contact us to make sure that the item can be returned and so that we can give you shipping instructions. Items sent from the US via courier will have brokerage fees deducted from the refund. We recommend USPS for US returns and Canadapost for Canadian returns.
-Return the items to us within 30 days from the shipment to you.
4. Shipping is non-refundable.
5. Price matching will occur within 30 days of purchase. Proof of price match must be provided by the customer. Prices are converted to Canadian dollars.

ABOUT US
Guinness Gear Online is a division of Kinnaird Bagpipes & Reeds Inc. Based out of Saskatoon Canada, Guinness Gear Online focuses on bringing authentic Guinness products to its customers. The site specializes in Men’s and Women’s Guinness t-shirts and rugby shirts, glassware, signage, and accessories. All prices are listed in Canadian dollars and are landed prices.
Staff
Guinness Gear Online is owned by Rauncie and Rob Kinnaird. After expanding their primary business Kinnaird Bagpipes and Reeds Inc. to a storefront in Saskatoon called Clans on Broadway, Rauncie discovered that there was a strong market for Guinness products as there is a popular trend to developing Home Pubs. They developed an e-commerce website to focus specifically on Guinness products. Guinness Gear Online offers a good selection of Guinness shirts, barware, signage and accessories.
Joan Minni provides online store product management. Inventory is changing contantly. Joan makes daily updates to items in stock in an effort to have the website as up to date as possible.
Shelley Caldwell provides customer service and processes orders. She creates our monthly newsletters and updates the website regularly.
